Processing Time

All LYF Organics products are handcrafted and packaged in small batches. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing (excluding shipping transit time). Processing times may be longer during promotions, launches, or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

Estimated delivery times after processing:

  • USPS Standard (U.S.): 3-4 business days
  • USPS Economy (U.S.): 5-8 business days

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. LYF Organics is not responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Returned packages may be reshipped once received, with additional shipping charges applied.

Lost or Stolen Packages

LYF Organics is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package cannot be located, please check with neighbors or your local post office.

If a package appears lost in transit (no tracking movement for an extended period), please contact us and we will assist with a carrier inquiry.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@lyf-organics.com and include your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging.
