Returns & Exchanges Policy

Due to the nature of personal care and skincare products, LYF Organics follows strict hygiene and safety standards.

Returns

For safety reasons, opened or used products are not eligible for return.

Unopened and unused items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided:

  • The item is unused and unopened
  • The item is in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges due to limited small-batch inventory. If a return is approved, a refund will be issued and a new order may be placed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email hello@lyf-organics.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Allergies & Sensitivities

We recommend patch testing all products before use. Because opened personal-care products cannot be resold, returns due to skin sensitivity or allergic reaction are generally not accepted.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), return shipping is covered.
  • For approved unopened/unused returns, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Final Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund unless damaged or incorrect.
